Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead product evaluation, drawing verification, and quotation based on business and customer requirements;
2. Develop technical documents related to new products and molds;
3. Lead the analysis and resolution of issues during development to ensure mass production;
4. Responsible for research and development of new technologies and processes.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Molding, Materials Engineering, or related fields preferred;
2. Two years or more experience in product/project development, familiarity with stamping, metalworking, welding, and other processes preferred;
3. Proficient in using CAD/PROE drawing software, fluent in English preferred;
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
